HAR §11-37-43. Renewal

(a) To ensure timely renewal, a hemp processor shall submit a complete renewal application, consisting of all parts listed in section 11-37-42(a), (b), and (c) to the department at least sixty days prior to the expiration date of the current permit. (b) The department may require the submission of additional information after the renewal application has been submitted and may suspend the processing of the application until such time as the applicant has supplied all required information or otherwise corrected the deficiency.
