HAR §5-11-41. Suspended commission

A notary public
commission may be suspended by the attorney general
for a period not exceeding ten years.
A person whose
commission has been suspended pursuant to section 5-
11-39 may apply for reinstatement of the commission
upon strict compliance with all terms and conditions
