HAR §5-11-42. Revoked commission
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 5-11-42
A person whose
commission is revoked pursuant to section 5-11-39 may
apply for a new commission, unless the revocation is
permanent, after five years from the effective date of
the revocation of the commission by filing an
application and complying with all current
requirements for new applicants.
