HAR §8-63-36. Cancellation of eligible lists

(a) The assistant superintendent may cancel an eligible list for good reason including but not limited to the following reasons: (1) Changes in the minimum qualification or classification standards of a class of positions; (2) Abolishment of the class for which the list of eligibles was established; or 63-26 3002
