HAR §11-45-122. Bone densitometry systems

(a) Only systems
certified by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services
shall be utilized for healing arts purposes.
(b)
System performance shall be maintained in accordance
with all performance standards specified by the U.S. Department of
Health and Human Services.
(c)
Operators of bone densitometry systems shall be
licensed under chapter 11-44. [Eff 11/12/99] (Auth: HRS §§321-
