HAR §12-42-59. Register of fact-finders

(a) Any person, broadly representa-
tive of the public, who has been selected by the board for listing on a register of
fact-finders may act as a fact-finder.
(b)
The public employers and employee organizations may, from time
to time, submit in writing the names of proposed fact-finders to the board. [Eff.
