HAR §12-42-60. Register of arbitrators
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 12-42-60
(a) Any person, broadly representa-
tive of the public, who has been selected by the board for listing on a register of
arbitrators may act as an arbitrator.
(b)
The public employers and employee organizations may, from time
to time, submit in writing the names of proposed arbitrators to the board. [Eff.
