HAR §12-45.4-4. Adoption of the 2018 NFPA 1, Fire Code

The NFPA 1, Fire Code, 2018 edition is made a part of this chapter, subject to the amendments provided in this chapter. The annexes to the NFPA 1, Fire Code are not adopted except as provided in this chapter. [Eff ] (Auth: HRS §132-3) (Imp: HRS §132-3) (Clarifies that the NFPA 1 Fire Code, 2018 edition is the referenced national model fire code document with statewide application as amended herein. The annexes are reference documents to the fire code and unless specifically adopted, are not requirements.)
