Section
13.1.10 is amended to read as follows: 13.1.10 The AHJ shall be verbally
notified immediately when any fire protection system is out of service and
on restoration of service. [Eff ] (Auth: HRS §132-

(This has been in previous state fire codes. Any fire
protection system that is not operational requires an immediate
evaluation of the response and strategies to develop an action
plan with alternatives in mitigating a fire incident.)
