HAR §13-140-42. Eligible costs

(a) For management
grants, eligible project costs are to be determined by
the department.
(b) Applicants shall supply evidence of costs
and expenditures, including documentation
demonstrating that a reasonable price has been secured
for any goods or services, to the satisfaction of the
department prior to distribution of the grant. [Eff
