HAR §13-140-43. Eligible expenditures

(a) For
management grants, eligible expenditures of grant
funds shall be limited to the following costs:
(1)
Equipment;
(2)
Maintenance and repair;
(3)
Materials and supplies;
(4)
Professional services to prepare a
management plan; and
(5)
Professional services to prepare an
environmental assessment.

(b) Qualifying entities shall supply evidence of
the matching funds to the satisfaction of the
department prior to distribution of the grant. [Eff
