HAR §13-95-13. ‘Ōpakapaka

(a) It is unlawful for
any person to possess with the intent to sell, or
offer for sale, any ‘ōpakapaka less than one pound in
weight.
(b) It is unlawful for any person to take with
spear or possess any speared ‘ōpakapaka less than one
