HAR §13-95-14. ‘Ula‘ula koa‘e (onaga)

(a) It is
unlawful for any person to possess with the intent to
sell, or offer for sale, any ‘ula‘ula koa‘e less than
one pound in weight.
(b) It is unlawful for any person to take with
spear or possess any speared ‘ula‘ula koa‘e less than
