The director may delegate any of the director's powers or duties under the plan in writing to the third-party administrator or any other person or entity. (c) The delegated representative shall have a fiduciary responsibility for only that part of the administration that has been delegated by the director and any references to the State or director shall instead apply to the delegated representative.
