HAR §15-200-3. Penalties

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be liable for restoration or restitution of any damages to public or private property, and shall also be subject to the confiscation of any tools and equipment used in the violation and of any plants, objects, or artifacts removed illegally from the premises.
