(a) The Kalaeloa
Community Development District is located within the
City and County of Honolulu.
The Honolulu Police
Department is authorized to enforce the laws,
ordinances, and rules of the State of Hawaii, City and
County of Honolulu, and the commission within the
Kalaeloa Community Development District.
(b) Guards may be placed at the two entry gates to
the Kalaeloa Community Development District to monitor
