Cameron, Director SUBJECT: Idaho Code § 41-1812 - Filing and Use of Forms (Reissuance of Bulletin 95-3) Idaho Code § 41-1812(2) requires insurers to submit with each filing a certification by an officer of the insurer that the forms comply with Idaho law. If at any point the Director determines that a form does not comply, the Director may prohibit further use and initiate proceedings under the Idaho Administrative Procedure Act. The Director requests that all companies use the Idaho Filing Certification form to meet this requirement, which is available to filers within the NAIC System for Electronic Rate and Form Filing Access (SERFF). This Bulletin is not new law but is an agency interpretation of existing law, except as authorized by law or as incorporated into a contract.
