Substitute Officials

When an emergency vacancy exists among racing officials, Board of the stewards or the racing association must fill the vacancy immediately subject to the stewards' approval. Such appointment must be reported to the Racing IDAHO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE IDAPA 11.04.01 – Rules Governing the Idaho State Police / Racing Commission Idaho State Racing Commission Section 312 Page 54 Commission and will be effective until the vacancy is filled in accordance with these rules.
