01. Completion Statement. Within thirty (30) days of the completion of a registered offering in Idaho, the registrant shall provide a written statement to the Department that states the following: (7-1-24) a. The date the offering was completed in Idaho; and (7-1-24) b. The number and amount of registered securities sold in Idaho, for SCOR offerings and offerings registered by qualification. (7-1-24) 02. Signatures. The written statement must be signed by an officer, director or agent of the issuer or by an authorized signatory of the registrant. (7-1-24)
