Annual Report For The Renewal Of A Registration Statement

To renew a registration statement for an additional year, the registrant shall file the following with the Department before the anniversary of the effective date of the registration statement in Idaho: (7-1-24) 01. Cover Letter. A cover letter requesting renewal; (7-1-24) 02. Consent to Service. A consent to service of process in accordance with Section 30-14-611, Idaho Code; and (7-1-24) 03. Filing Fee. A filing fee of three hundred dollars ($300) for all registered offerings. (7-1-24)
