Cooperation Responsibility

For the household to be eligible, a parent, or a caretaker relative included in the grant, must cooperate with th e Department to identify and locate any non-custodial parent, establish paternity, and establish, modify and enforce th e child support order, unless good cause exists. (3-17-22)
