Work Requirements During Substance Abuse Treatment

The Department may require participants to engage in appropriate work activities during substance abuse treatment . The treatment program will judge the work activities to be appropriate to the participant’s treatment plan. Negotiation of the Personal Responsibility Contract between the participant, the Department and the Treatment program wil l include the work activities. (3-17-22)
