All admissions to the home are banned pending satisfactory correction of all deficiencies. The ban remains in effect until the Department determines that the provider has achieved full compliance with all CFH requirements or until a substitute remedy is imposed. (3-28-23) 911. ENFORCEMENT REMEDY OF BAN ON ADMISSIONS OF RESIDENT WITH SPECIFIC DIAGNOSIS. Any admission to the home of a prospective resident with a specific diagnosis may be banned when the Department IDAHO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE IDAPA 16.03.19 Department of Health and Welfare Certified Family Homes Section 912 Page 42 has determined the provider lacks the skill or ability to provide adequate care to such a resident under Section 170 of these rules.
