Ongoing Eligibility

To continue eligibility for Title IV-E, the department will complete an annual redetermination to assure that the court has determined that the department has made reasonable efforts to finalize a permanency plan for the child within twelve (12) months of the date the child is considered to have entered foster care and at least once every twelve (12) months thereafter while the child is in foster care.
