State and federal animal health officials are authorized to inspect all records, premises, facilities, and livestock to ensure compliance with state or federal laws or rules. (7-1-26) 01. Entering and Inspection of Premises. State or federal animal health officials are authorized to enter public livestock market premises during normal business hours and will attempt to notify the owner or operator of the premises prior to conducting a facility or records inspection.
