Conduct Required (Rule 47)

Parties and their representatives must be respectful, act ethically, and be courteous in a Commission hearing or proceeding. Persons disrupting any hearing shall be asked to leave by the presiding officer. See Section 18-6409(1), Idaho Code. (3-31-22)
