Former Employees -- Restriction On Representation Of Parties (Rule 48)

No former employee of the Commission or member of the Attorney General’s staff may appear in a representative capacity or as an expert witness on behalf of other parties in a formal proceeding in which he or she previously took an active part. (3-31-22)
