Applicant. “Applicant” is restricted from its general definition to refer only to applicants for residential or small commercial service, unless further restricted by the rule. (7-1-24) 02. Customer. “Customer” is restricted from its general definition to refer to a residential or small commercial customer, unless further restricted by the rule. (7-1-24) 03.
