Submerged Fill Requirements

The owner or operator must only load gasoline into underground storage tanks at the facility by utilizing submerged filling. (3-28-23) 01. Installed On or Before November 9, 2006. Submerged fill pipes installed on or before November 9, 2006, must be no more than twelve (12) inches from the bottom of the storage tank. (3-28-23) 02. Installed After November 9, 2006. Submerged fill pipes installed after November 9, 2006, must be no more than six (6) inches from the bottom of the storage tank. (3-28-23)
