Section 3002.500Â Board
Review
The Board may conduct reviews of
procurement policy requested by members of the public, State Agencies and the
General Assembly. Upon receipt of a request to conduct a review, the Board
will respond to the requestor within 10 business days as to the disposition of
the request.
