Section 3002 Section 3002.600  Publication of Notices, Proposals and Action by the Board All notices, proposals and certificates of action issued by the Board shall be published in the Illinois Procurement Bulletin as provided for in Section 15-10 of the Code [30 ILCS 500/15-10].
