Section 215.484Â In-Process
Tanks
The owner or operator shall
install covers on all in-process tanks used to manufacture pharmaceuticals and
containing a volatile organic liquid at any time. These covers must remain
closed, except as production, sampling, maintenance, or inspection procedures
require operator access.
