Control Requirements

Section 215 Section 215.946  Control Requirements a)         Every owner or operator of an emission source of volatile organic material shall operate in compliance with RACT, which for emission sources subject to this Subpart shall be: 1)         Emission capture and control techniques which achieve an overall reduction in uncontrolled volatile organic material emissions of at least 81%; or 2)         An adjusted RACT emissions limitation obtained pursuant to Subpart I. b)         Owner and operators of emission sources subject to this Subpart shall comply with its requirements by April 1, 1989
