Section 225.270  Notifications The owner or operator of a source with one or more EGUs must submit written notice to the Agency according to the provisions in 40 CFR 75.61, incorporated by reference in Section 225.140, for each EGU or group of EGUs monitored at a common stack and each non-EGU monitored pursuant to Section 1.16(b)(2)(B) of Appendix B to this Part.
