Section 276 Section 276.301  General Requirements a)         The owners of all vehicles subject to inspection shall obtain a valid emissions compliance certificate from the Agency. b)         Failure to comply with applicable provisions of the Vehicle Emissions Inspection Law of 2005 [625 ILCS 5/13C] shall subject the owners of the vehicle to the enforcement provisions thereof.
