Determination of Affected Counties

Section 276 Section 276.302  Determination of Affected Counties a)         The Agency shall make its determination of the geographic extent of an affected county based upon the "UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE ZIP + 4 National Directory File". b)         To the extent practicable, the Agency shall make its determination of residency in an affected county so as to assure that: 1)         irrespective of Zip Code, the affected counties correspond to the geographic areas prescribed in the Vehicle Emissions Inspection Law, and 2)         the affected counties are composed of contiguous geographic areas within each of the counties.
