Section 602.215  Submission of Applications, Plans and Specifications a)         Two copies of the completed application and of any required plans, specifications and supplemental schedules must be submitted to the Agency for review and approval. b)         All permit applications must be mailed or delivered to the appropriate address designated by the Agency.
