Reservoirs
Section 604.225Â Reservoirs
Reservoirs must provide, where applicable, for:
a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â removal of brush and
trees to high water elevation;
b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â protection from floods
during construction; and
c)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â abandonment of all wells
that will be inundated.
