Section 615.445 Inspection
Requirements
During operation, a surface
impoundment must be inspected weekly and after storms to detect evidence of any
of the following:
a) Deterioration, malfunctions or improper operation of
overtopping control systems;
b) Sudden drops in the level of the impoundment's contents;
c) Severe erosion or other signs of deterioration in dikes or
other containment devices; or
d) A leaking dike.
