Use of Grant and Payment of Non-Allowable Costs

Section 661 Section 661.703  Use of Grant and Payment of Non-Allowable Costs a)         The grant shall be expended solely for approved allowable costs incurred in the design and construction of the project. b)         The grantee agrees to pay the non-allowable associated with the project and all allowable costs of the project which exceed the amount of the grant offer and shall construct the project, or cause it to be constructed to final completion in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by the Agency for the project. c)         The grantee commits itself to complete the construction of the project.
