Section 704.182  Establishing UIC Permit Conditions In addition to the conditions established under 35 Ill. Adm. Code 702.160 and Section 704.181, each UIC permit must include conditions meeting the requirements of the following Sections, when applicable. A permit for the owner or operator of a Class VI injection well must include conditions meeting the requirements of Subpart H of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 730.
