Loan Issuance

Section 663.410  Loan Issuance The Agency may, subject to the availability of funds, issue a loan agreement authorizing the initiation of construction of a project or activity listed in Section 663.140 when: a)         the loan applicant submitted a Funding Nomination Form and the project is on the Project Priority List; b)         the Agency has approved the loan applicant's Project Plan pursuant to Sections 663.320 and 663.330; and c)         the documents required by Section 663.350 have been submitted and approved by the Agency.
