Section 742 Section 742.315  Soil Ingestion Exposure Route The soil ingestion exposure route may be excluded from consideration if: a)         The requirements of Sections 742.300 and 742.305 are met; b)         An approved engineered barrier is in place that meets the requirements of Subpart K; c)         Safety precautions for the construction worker are taken if the Tier 1 construction worker remediation objectives are exceeded; and d)         An institutional control, in accordance with Subpart J, will be placed on the property.
