Modifications of Parameters
Any proposed changes to Tier 2
parameters which are not provided for in Tier 2 shall be submitted to the
Agency for review and approval. A submittal under this Section shall include
the following information:
a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The justification for the modification; and
b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The technical and mathematical basis for the modification.
