Section 807.640Â Mechanisms
for Financial Assurance
The operator of a waste disposal
site shall utilize any of the following mechanisms to give financial assurance
for closure and post-closure care:
a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Trust Fund (Section 807.661);
b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Surety Bond Guaranteeing Payment (Section 807.662);
c)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Surety Bond Guaranteeing Performance (Section 807.663);
d)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Letter of Credit (Section 807.664);
e)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Closure Insurance (Section 807.665); or
f)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Self-insurance (Section 807.666).
