Section 812.109Â Location
Standards
The permit application shall
contain:
a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Documentation that the facility will operate in compliance
with 35 Ill. Adm. Code 811.102(a).
b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â A floodplain determination containing:
1)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Documentation that the facility is not located within the
floodplain of the 100-year flood event; or
2)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Documentation that the facility meets the requirements of 35
Ill. Adm. Code 811.102(b).
c)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Documentation from the State Historic Preservation Officer
that the facility will be in compliance with 35 Ill. Adm. Code 811.102(c).
d)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Documentation from the Illinois Nature Preserves Commission
that the facility will be in compliance with 811.102(c) as it relates to
Dedicated Illinois Nature Preserves.
e)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Documentation that the facility will be in compliance with 35
Ill. Adm. Code 811.102(d).
f)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Documentation that a facility located within a wetland is in
compliance with Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (35 U.S.C. 1344).
g)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Documentation that the facility is in compliance with 35 Ill.
Adm. Code 811.102(f).
