Section 812 Section 812.110  Surface Water Control The permit application shall contain a plan for controlling surface water which demonstrates compliance with 35 Ill. Adm. Code 811.103, and which shall include at least the following: a)         A copy of the approved National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit issued pursuant to 35 Ill. Adm. Code 309 or, if a permit is pending, a copy of the NPDES permit application to discharge runoff from all disturbed areas on the facility; b)         A map showing the location of all structures affected by the surface water runoff from disturbed areas on the facility; c)         Detailed designs of all structures to be constructed during development of the facility and during the first five year operating period; and d)         Estimated construction dates of all structures to be constructed beyond the first five year operating period.
