Financial Assurance Plan

Section 830 Section 830.602  Financial Assurance Plan The operator shall develop and have at the facility, and submit to the Agency in accordance with 35 Ill. Adm. Code 831.112, a financial assurance plan containing, at a minimum, the following information: a)         A written cost estimate, determined pursuant to Section 830.603, covering the maximum cost of premature final closure; and b)         The financial mechanism chosen by the operator to comply with the requirement set forth in Section 830.604(a).
