Written Cost Estimate

Section 830 Section 830.603  Written Cost Estimate a)         The written cost estimate required pursuant to Section 830.602(a) must be based on the steps necessary to complete closure in accordance with Section 830.213, and must include an itemization of the cost to complete each step. b)         The operator shall revise the current cost estimate whenever a change in the closure plan increases the cost estimate.
