Closure Plan

Section 840.128  Closure Plan a)           Within 180 days after January 28, 2011, the owner or operator of Ash Pond D must prepare and submit to the Agency a closure plan for review and approval. b)         The owner or operator of Ash Pond D must maintain the closure plan onsite or at a location specified in the closure plan.
